Manpreet Dhillon is an equity, diversity and inclusion specialist for industries and countries with a special lens as a leadership coach for women with culturally diverse backgrounds who want to have an equal seat at the table with equal pay.
Manpreet’s has helped organization create province career development programs, country-wide mentorship programs, organization level gender and human resources strategies, where her coaching clients have received senior leadership roles in global organizations and grew their businesses by 35%. She also led a trade mission of women entrepreneurs to Croatia - one of the first held by a private company to further the mission of increasing export by women entrepreneurs.
Through her organization, Veza Global, Manpreet’s approach is to bring a coaching and equality lens to all issues. Creating human centered programs especially for equality with the lens of race, culture, gender and diverse abilities.
Manpreet is a twice contributing author to Chicken Soup for the Soul and a contributing author to Forbes, Thrive Global and Small Business BC. She received her Masters in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and resides in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
